Op die manier wil Onetrail de betrokkenheid van klanten vergroten en tegelijkertijd zorgen voor procesverbetering en -versimpeling. Dat blijkt na de vlotte start goed gelukt, is de mening van deelnemers Bram Sauer, Supply Chain Manager bij reseller ACES Direct, en Jeroen de Wit, E-commercemanager bij distributeur Tech Data. Zij nemen samen met enkele andere Onetrail-klanten deel aan het customerpanel rond BTO ordering (Build To Order-ordering).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BTO \u2013 waarbij de IT-eindproducten volledig volgens de wensen van de eindgebruiker worden samengesteld \u2013 is voor distributeurs en resellers in de IT een belangrijk onderwerp, omdat het een bewerkelijk proces is met relatief veel handmatig werk en een hoge foutgevoeligheid. Er gaan veel documenten over en weer en elke tussentijdse verandering, zoals een prijswijziging van een bepaald artikel, heeft direct gevolgen voor het hele proces.<\/p>\n<p>Bram Sauer van ACES Direct: \u201cDaarnaast zien we dat deze manier van werken steeds vaker voorkomt bij grote aanbestedingen.
