It is our vision to be your partner in optimizing your order and product data process.
\nLast year we took the first steps in our\u00a0customer collaboration program<\/a>\u00a0and developed in co-creation with a customer panel a build to order module.<\/p>\n

For this year we have the following special projects we want to develop in co-creation with a customer panel.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Software license ordering.\u00a0<\/strong>New order module enabling buyers the possibility to order software licenses via Onetrail.\u00a0More info.<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Reservation orders.\u00a0<\/strong>New order module to support the reservation and ordering of products between Seller and Buyer.\u00a0More info<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Order response SLA Dashboard.\u00a0<\/strong>A dashboard for buyers where they can track the quality of estimated delivery dates and other performance indicators of their connected suppliers based on supplier SLA agreements.\u00a0More info<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Proof of delivery.\u00a0<\/strong>New message type to support Proof of delivery (POD) as a separate message. For Sellers, often in combination with their transporter, to send a POD message after receipt of the goods by the recipient.\u00a0More info<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Product Data Index Quality.\u00a0<\/strong>Project to decrease wrong product links to the Product Data Index and to improve the classifications and branding of the products.\u00a0More info<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Next steps customer panel process
    \n<\/strong>Our ideal customer panel consists of at least six members who together form a representative representation of Onetrails customer base. Participants invest around 1 hour per week while participating in a panel. Together we determine a minimum viable product (MVP). When the product also shows the positive market potential we strive to develop and release the product to the market within a reasonable timeframe.<\/p>\n

    \nWe are looking for you to join one (or more is also possible ?) customer panel(s). Registration for the customer panels is open till\u00a0Friday 22 January.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Based on the registrations, we will compose the customer panels and make a planning. We keep you posted on further developments via email, our product news page, and other communication channels.<\/p>\n
