“At Onetrail, our Trading Partner Network plays a crucial role in automating the processes at our customers. It allows vendors, distributors, and retailers to keep their product data up-to-date and process orders efficiently. As part of the HR & Finance team, I help ensure that the people, resources, and internal processes behind this success are well supported and aligned with our company goals. My role connects the human and financial side of the business — from managing HR processes and supporting our colleagues, to ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.”

“We work with the agile SCRUM methodology, combined with Liberating Structures, to make sure every team member has a voice. This open and collaborative culture is also reflected in our HR and Finance work. Every two weeks, we reflect on progress and make improvements — whether it’s optimizing administrative processes, introducing new HR tools, or supporting financial reporting. There’s a lot of trust in everyone’s expertise and input, and that creates a positive and empowering work environment.”
