Customer Care Specialist – hybrid

As a Customer Care Specialist at Onetrail, you are the go-to person for our customers — helping them get the most out of our platform and ensuring they always feel supported. You coordinate first-line support tickets, own customer communication during incidents, and proactively contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. You report to the Operation Lead.

      What will you be doing?

      • Support end users of the Onetrail platform remotely and take ownership of first-line support tickets
      • Perform initial analysis of customer issues and resolve them with practical, efficient solutions
      • Escalate complex cases to Technical Support while maintaining close follow-up and keeping customers informed throughout
      • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication — from status updates on open tickets to genuine interest in their day-to-day challenges
      • Spot sales signals and pass them on to your sales colleagues
      • Register and follow up on incidents, disruptions, and changes within agreed service level agreements
      • Process product article data from suppliers on the Onetrail platform, ensuring correct indexing and classification
      • Actively contribute to developing and professionalising our service offering
      • Help reduce churn and take responsibility for monitoring and securing customer retention
