Your challenge: obligatory e-invoice

Since January 2017 you are obligated to send invoices to government agencies in a particular way. You can only send an e-invoice via a secure connection in the government’s EDI format.

When it comes to customer specific data, meeting all requirements can be quite the challenge. Especially if you are active in multiple branches. You may want to put in the effort for some of your (larger) customers. But how do you make sure your products are correctly presented by your other customers? The answer to this question is data optimisation.

1. Anyform Service

When sending an invoice to a government agency, you are required to make sure that this invoice is received in the government’s EDI format. How this invoice is initially generated is not relevant. That is where Anyform Service comes in. Via the Anyform Service we can convert your invoice into the government’s desired EDI format. This way, you will always meet the official requirements.

2. Simplerinvoicing

You can send an automated e-invoice from your own (accounting) software package, which will pass through the Simplerinvoicing network. Onetrail is happy to help you set up this connection. And are you part of our Trading Partner Network? In that case we will not charge any additional costs for the Simplerinvoicing connection.

3. Digipoort
