Onetrail’s call-off Reservation Order module helps you to streamline your call-off order process by electronically processing orders based on manual reservation orders made by phone or email. The module recognizes the order based on the reservation number and determines routes and processes based on specific product, price and quantity data.

How does it work?
Agreed upon orders for specific products and quantities, the so-called reservation orders, are handled in a two-step process: the manual reservation, followed by the automated call-off.

  • 1. Manual reservation process:

  • AS A BUYER: You are interested in a specific stock and contact the supplier, for example by phone or by email, to discuss the order. Upon placing your order, you receive a reservation number from the supplier.

  • AS A SUPPLIER: You inform the buyer of the available stock and when the order is placed, you approve the order manually. You reserve the stock in your own system with the corresponding reservation number.

  • 2. Automated call-off process:

  • AS A BUYER: You create a call-off order with the corresponding reservation number in your back-end system. In addition, you place an automated order, including the reservation number, through the Trading Partner Network and receive order status updates automatically.

  • AS A SUPPLIER: Based on the reservation number, the Trading Partner Network matches the call-off order of the buyer with your reserved stock. You confirm the order through the Trading Partner Network, which sends an automated order confirmation to the buyer. You then take care of the order handling.

Both modules recognizes the order type, routes and processes based on distributor and manufacturer specific guidelines.

Special price deals can be processed on order level (meaning one special price deal per order) or on line level (meaning multiple special price deals will be included in one order).

How does it work?

AS A BUYER: you implement our Special Deal module to integrate your special deal price agreement with your distributor or our Special Bid module to integrate your special deal price agreement with your manufacturer in your electronic order process.

This means the tailor-made orders you send to your supplier are processed automatically, accelerating processing times and preventing issues such as retyping errors.

AS A SUPPLIER: you implement our Special Bid module or Special Deal module to integrate your special bid price agreement in your electronic order process. As is the case for buyers, the module recognizes order type, routes and processes based on your specific guidelines.

In addition, you can automatically receive a copy of your order by email in order to notify your sales department about new orders.

A clear overview

All available products at one glance

The Onetrail Product Filter allows you to create a clear, filtered overview in your own application of your suppliers’ products, categories and brands.

How does it work?

Onetrail’s Product Exchange puts all products offered by your connected suppliers in your own application. This can result in a very large number of products in your internal application, which may be overwhelming.

With the Product Filter you limit your daily output of products coming from Onetrail and the number of products shown in your own application. Depending on the Product Filter settings, the number of products can be reduced significantly. This offers you a clearer overview.

The Product Filter allows you to filter products by supplier, brand and product classification.

On top of filtering products, you will also be able to retrieve automatic updates for selected products (SKUs).

Product Viewer

You manage and select the Product Filter and selected products in the online Onetrail Product Viewer. In this Product Viewer, you will find a complete overview of all available products from your connected sellers.
